Being new to the world of Airguns and after searching online for information and guidance, also visiting the BASC website regarding the legal side of purchasing and owning one, I am extremely pleased to say that I came across Branthwaite Gunsmiths, so I gave them a call and was very impressed by the friendly staff and the time they spent answering my questions.
I decided to pay a visit to the shop and see 'hands-on' what was available. I finally made my choice of a Walther Rotex rm8 and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Hi I bought a Stoeger RX20SZ wood handle 22 air rifle from Branthwaite gunsmith shop. I was severd by John. One of their staff who was very polite and helpful to chose the right air rifle as I am a first time starter using these air guns. So not quite familiar in handling or correct operation of how they operate yet but I am sure Branthwaite gunsmiths will be able to give me good advice with the operation and familiarity with this air rifle. I am updating my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Despite being a loyal customer for over two years and having spent a significant amount at this shop, I was disappointed with my recent experience. When I went in a few days ago to purchase a suppressor and asked about a possible discount, I was met with an abrupt refusal from an older, overweight man. His refusal alone wouldn't have prompted me to leave this review, but the lack of courtesy or apology was disheartening. The dismissive attitude of the staff member, who didn't even acknowledge me, made me feel like the shop only saw me as a walking wallet. The only reason I might consider returning is because of the convenience of your location, as you are the closest gun shop to me, not because I enjoy the experience. Even the dog in the shop seemed more welcoming than you.
What a shame, because the other man has always been polite and well mannered like a real gentleman.

I decided to send my Hw110 to Branthwaites for full strip and service after hearing of them numerous times at my local range. Now I know what all the fuss was about.
After a brief conversation to ascertain my requirements, the rifle was sent via postal courtier to Branthwaites.
The service and tune where completed in a timely manner with excellent customer care throughout.
On recieving the rifle back I hurried to the range to compare the pre and post service and tune results. I was and am still astounded by the magic that their specialist air rifle Gunsmith Mark had delivered back to me. He has indeed earned my respect and custom now and in the future re any air gun repair, service or other.
Phenomenal repeated accuracy and 11.6 ft/lbs of power to satisfy any sub 12ft/lbs airgunners.
You will not be disappointed, give them a call and the rest is Bullseye's.

Bought a Berretta pistol from the shop, used it for the first time on Sunday. After the first magazine it was unable to be used due to a fault. I returned to the shop on the Tuesday and showed them the issue. Without question the exchanged it.
These gentlemen are so polite and professional it's a shame there kind of servicer no longer exists. I would recommend this shop every time.

I recently purchased a tx200 hc from this gun shop. I have never visited this shop before , but I felt confident speaking to the staff regarding this purchase. I received the package on time and on inspection I found it to be exactly as described, it was a second hand gun and exceeded my expectations. My old air rifle 45 years old hence I was due a replacement - Looking for full package, decent PCP gun, scope, silencer, bag, pellets, pump - After quite a search on line for the best value I chose Brathwaite's. I bought an Air Arms ultimate sporter at a very good price. Lowest I could find anywhere actually - travelled a fair way to the busy little shop - staff were very informative, explained, advised me on various matters and set the gun up for me.
